Meet Lisa Pearce, an Accounting and Breakwater Veteran!

 I was born and raised in Maryland and graduated with a B.S in Accounting from Mount Saint Mary’s University where I met my husband, Mark of 32 years. We were blessed with twins who are now 25 and have made us very proud parents. Patrick lives in Philadelphia working as an Audio Engineer and Claire lives in Charlotte working as a consultant. I previously worked for an accounting firm, Century Tax, located in Wilmington for over 25 years before I started working for Breakwater in 2016. I love to read, hike, travel, bake, play tennis and pickleball.

My favorite part of working for Breakwater would be my co-workers. I feel lucky to work for a company where I enjoy helping clients and being a part of a wonderful team of fabulous people I call friends.

I have fond memories of the early Breakwater days on Rockland Road, our first Christmas Party at Lee’s house, the good times we had together in the pods at our current office and the Covid Happy Hours in the parking lot. I look forward to making many new Breakwater memories.
